Before the cleaning, he came over to discuss my concerns about protecting our landscaping. During this conversation, he conveniently forgot to mention that he uses bleach for roof cleaning. As the cleaning started, we quickly realized something was off--our eyes began itching, and the strong bleach smell was unmistakable. That same evening, my husband came home with bleach stains on his shirt, which had landed on him earlier that day as he left our. Then came the real damage: our plants, flowers, and grass were bleached and soon died. Our outdoor furniture got bleached. We called Nathan back to evaluate the damage, and he offered to cover the landscaping costs. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. About a week later, we noticed the bleach had stripped the paint from every side of our house. When we called Nathan again, asking him to activate his insurance to address the damage, he told me he didn't want to deal with me anymore. At that point, I told him he'd hear from my attorney. A claims adjuster eventually contacted us, only for us to learn that Nathan's insurance didn't cover him because he was using bleach inappropriately. I decided to take Nathan Hinz to court, but he tried to dodge accountability by changing his address to a PO box. I discovered this myself and then hired someone to serve him. That's where things currently stand. So, if you're asking me whether I'd recommend Nathan Hinz or his company, A to Z Pressure Cleaning, the answer is an emphatic NO. He lacks basic knowledge of his trade, doesn't care about people's property, and hides when things go wrong. His behavior speaks volumes. Nathan, why don't you show your face in court? I contacted Werkz Pressure Washing while they were doing work on Our street. I asked for a price…read moreto ,remove several layers of sealer, stain and reseal. Logan explained to me that it would be alot of work. He would have to pressure wash each paver. The cost would be $1600. A couple of weeks later he was on our street again. I decided to go ahead with the work . Logan assured me I would be very happy with the completed job. From the time they started it took over 2 months to complete + extra money. Adding to the delay was-- other jobs, picking up supplies , an auto accident, Logan was sick. The completed work looked better than when they started, however. there still are areas of the finished work that shows some of the old sealant. The day they finished I payed Logan $1700 and thanked him for there effort. Logan said he was starting a window washing business and would clean our windows, for our patience. After 3 or 4 months of waiting I called and inquired about it . He set up a date June 11 . That was a NO SHOW. STILL WAITING!!!!!

Darren and his crew at Clean Master completed two projects for me. First, they cleaned and sealed…read moremy travertine pool deck. They arrived on time, and completed the job as they promised. Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.
