We started with the deck and Dan, Landon, and George all arrived on time and kept to the schedule to repair the deck. I was impressed with the work since we were dealing with composite, (me) changing the size (which I'm sure made Paul give an eye roll or two, sorry), and matching it up to the existing undamaged portion. Turned out beautifully and I'm enjoying my coffee and reading a book most weekends. Our second project was the fence. I was super satisfied with the excellent turnout. My old fence was dreadful and I knew I needed to do something. Every company that had given a quote started with what they weren't willing to do that I needed. My dog, Pretzel, needs a secure fence and I needed certain areas to have gates keeping her off limits. Paul came through again and Dan made it happen. These men are good to their word, keeping projects on time and I'm very happy with the quality of the overall deck, fence and gates. They blame the CCP virus for their inability to procure materials. This is not my problem. They clearly have a Single Point of Failure and don't care about fixing it. DON'T sign a contract with these folks, once you do that they have you over a barrel. Read the fine print, every clause is in their favor. They have been blaming the CCP virus for their problems instead of finding a work-around, and they just keep our money and DO NOTHING to resolve the issue. Once these folks get your money, forget about it, you're done.
