Booked labor to help with a charity event, but the committee decided to go another route. I cancelled my request (5 months before the event) and expected to get my Deposit refunded. I waited 2 weeks - no refund. Called and left a message - no refund. Called a week later and was told a request for the return of the deposit needed to be filed, no where in my confirmation of booking or cancelling did it say a separate request had to be submitted. So I submitted my request, 8 days later, still no return. They took my deposit instantly, and now I am receiving the run around trying to get it back. No idea if they are good at moving, but their customer service needs some attention.
