oscar's poubelle - i paid till the end of september 2026. they never acknowledge it. when i…read morequestioned to make things clear, i never received answers to text/calls for some time. then she finally sends a text back saying they're canceling my service and coming for their trashcan. never once mentioned a refund for the remainer 3 weeks of august and september. so of course they could pull up, grab their can, and i could never see that refund. so i locked the trashcan in storage until they decided to just show up. this turned into all day long, not giving me the courtesy of answering a customers concern about payment, (turned into a pity party about her husband still being asleep!) what is really a disturbing little tactics they use - they brought the police out to my home, caused a "big disturbance" to all my neighbors, not to mention myself getting so upset! i'm a elderly disabled lady that's been sick!!! the law was hateful, loud, and so disrespectful!!!!!!!!! there was absolutely no reason at all for this trash service to bring the law to my home! bad customer service won't answer calls or text pulls up in my yard in a "big" hurry, trying to tell me something over their loud truck, and i thought i heard the lady say that covers me till the end of august, i had also paid for september! all they had to do was call or message me saying yes, its paid september too. but instead, ms johnson sends hateful message, saying her husband was sleeping? and they are canceling my garbage service and coming after trashcan.... a real reputable company would never treat customers like this. never once did they say yes, that covered for the month of september. never once did they say they'd refund my money. unbelievable they'd come out to my home with police, caused a big commotion when its as simple as giving they're customers a yes or no answer!!!!

Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated.
