My card was charged without my approval and now i have to pay a late fee because it locked my account. As a small business owner i never charge my clients cards without approval. However, we've had things go missing and broken. They eventually replace the things that went missing but never replaced the broken mirror that they said they would replace. We ended up letting them go for a few reasons along with that. We asked for Angela to be here to clean and not just her employees. That was the agreement when we hired her. Which wasn't the case many times. She wouldn't communicate with us if she could not come to clean and instead would send her employees. That's not even the best part. When we let them go it was a very civil phone call. I heard everything my manager said and she was not nasty in anyway shape or form. The following day one of her employees came to pick up the check and give us our key back. She came in very hostile. She helped herself to behind the desk to grab the check after we had told her to give us a second and we would be right up there. Then she threw the keys. As she's leaving she screams "B****". Now on the keys she made her own little keychain with a rubber duck. She then wrote on said duck a very disrespectful word and that word is "C***".
