It included $210.00 for labor which I was never told about. I had to ask about the deposit and was told that Jackson never writes it on the invoice, you claim to be the owner shouldn't you know what your deposit policy is?( Scam Alert). That's not even the best part, the equipment they repaired doesn't work. It constantly stalls out . My question is what did you fix? Do you know what you're doing? I think not! I've called and left a message without a call back. Now my next step is challenging the charge with my bank because I didn't receive the service I was charged for. My advice is find a repair shop that can correctly do the work.

Then a second burner went out. Our house was about to go on the market and we called Ivanhoe Appliance Service. Ed came out the same day that we called. He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove. Ivanhoe's prices were not only reasonable but actually very good as including the parts that we had to order and the service fees it cost us approx. $250 total. Thanks Ed for a job WELL DONE!
