Joe finished the pizza by brushing garlic butter on the crust and adding a drizzle of bbq sauce. He also stated that JoVinci's was happy to accommodate our need for no tomatoes and any of their regular pizza could be made on a base of garlic butter instead. This is great news, since others have been unable to meet our "light sauce" request. We've often had to lift up the toppings and scrape off most of the sauce beforehand.
