It looked terrible, and I realized I had no idea when the roof was last replaced, even though I've been living in my home for five years. Brady came to the rescue with dozens of options and presented them in such a professional manner. I decided to go with Timberline HDZ shingles, new piping boots, and metal overhangs. They ended up replacing the entire roof, and because my house was built in the 1930s, there were quite a few code upgrades that needed to be made. The whole project took about a week. I found Smith & Ramirez Roofing after getting 5-6 quotes from other companies. Each one fell short for various reasons - some were too pushy, others weren't professional, and some didn't even provide a quote. Smith & Ramirez, however, stood out with their professionalism. They showed up in uniform, had beautiful brochures, and their Instagram is full of videos showcasing their recent work. The roofing crew was friendly and professional, always making cleanliness a priority. They constantly cleaned up nails and dropped shingles, which I really appreciated. The Timberline HDZ shingles have a 50-year warranty and look absolutely stunning. They definitely upgraded the whole look of my house.
