I called to complain that I was not notified in advance and to try to get some kind of discount since I rent several units. I was not a happy camper, but Crystal did nothing to make it better. All she did was make me madder. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused, I asked who the owners were and she refused to tell me. I will be getting out of these storage units as soon as possible and I hope anyone else who is considering a storage unit to not do business with these rude people!

REally badly managed and not so safe…read more I rented at this place because they said there would be an attendant at the facility during office hours when the gate was open. That was not true. I never found anyone there.l. Not so safe. Also for the first four months I was suppoed to have 24/7 access, each time I went there on a Sunday, my code did not work. Finally, they realize they have given me the wrong code.. The last month I stored there, I was able to get into the facility, the gate closed behind me, and I expected a sensor to open the gate when I was ready to leave. NOPE. And there was no clear way to open the gate. I have to call the sheriff to use my code to open the gate.
