My latest issue concerns their cutting my lock. I was not late at this time. I have written Camden and their main office and have never received an answer. My concern was why they cut the lock. Last month (3rd of January) I added $35.00 to my rent with a notation saying to use the extra money to buy and place a new lock. I live 550 miles from Camden and I would have to rent a car at a cost of over $150.00. I have contacted the Camden facility at least five time and corporate twice via email. So like any one we reserved a unit one month in advance. We called them several times within this month, to let them know for sure we were coming. About one week before arriving I get a phone call, they tell me they gave away MY storage unit. They said do you still need one? Of course I still need one, I reserved a unit and called multiple times. They said there is one at there other location should they reserve it. At this point what is the point in reserving, they gave away my reservation at the current one. Anyway don't go here thinking a reservation will hold a unit for you!
