I've rented storage spaces from other companies, and as well, public storage. But, I have never had quite a wonderful and great customer experience than I did with Gloria at the Broad Street location in Sumter. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to us when deciding on the units we required for our needs. Gloria checked on everything and immediately picked up our reservation online, called us to provide us details and confirm our spaces, and took great care in securing everything with 2 x-large spaces ensuring they were in close proximity. There are other storage places closer to us, but we prefer this location as Gloria superceded our expectations. Thanks for all of your help! read more

Excellent service! Gloria always cheerful, friendly and makes you feel welcome. I have a unit there already and needed another one, I called yesterday to see if could get units next to each other.
