I explained to him my situation and he got me there, again, earlier than expected. Edward was fantastic and the service helped me in a moment of crisis when I almost missed my flight home. If I could give them 6/5 stars, I would, and the next time I'm here they'll be my first call for a ride.

Checked out Yelp (thanks) I took a chance on getting a ride to my hotel. Prompt answer around 1am and arrived just before promised. Edward called to give me a heads-up and efficiently delivered me to the hotel. Rick likewise had great communication to return me to the airport later. Neither of these trips were planned well in advanced but Red Raider Rides made my pick-up appointment with a smile and a cheerful attitude. When in the area and needing a ride they will be the first (likely last and only) call to get where I need to be. Thank you Edward and Rick for refreshing customer service. UPDATE 9MAR18 I've used them at least a half dozen times since the original review as have some of my co-workers. Some for rides to Monahans. Today's experience: I was picked up a minute before my appointed time. Always great service. Always available when I need a ride to or from the airport. They take appointments and keep them, not something that's universal in West Texas.

I called a couple other places, taxis and other shuttle services, but Midland was the only one able to schedule a last minute pick up so I could make my flight. The driver arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. The shuttle was clean and we made it to the airport on time. They could have charged me anything since I was in a pinch but only charged their standard fee.

I was told to call the main number when I landed because the evening driver would be answering it. When I landed I called. It kept going to voicemail. Finally, she answered and immediately hung up on me. That happened 3 more times. with voice mail picking up in between. I left a message that if she wasn't able to come, to please let me know. Eventually she answered again and this time, instead of immediately hanging up, began screaming her head off at the top of her lungs, so loud the people near me turned toward me because they could hear and made questioning faces, telling me to "STOP CALLING THIS M....F... PHONE YOU M....F....B....BECAUSE I'M BUSY M....F....TALKING ON IT." Forget ever feeling safe to get into a car with that person. I went back into the airport but no rental cars were available. Everything was sold out. I was stranded. I embarrassingly had to call my client very late at night and tell him my situation, so he got up from bed and picked me up. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
