I was in a panic, late for my flight in Midland, and I was stranded in Andrews. I called this service and they were very friendly on the phone, and my driver arrived earlier than expected. I explained to him my situation and he got me there, again, earlier than expected. Edward was fantastic and the service helped me in a moment of crisis when I almost missed my flight home. Great service, great company, great drivers how much more is there to say. Late, very delayed flight, "O'dark thirty and no rental cars left. Checked out Yelp (thanks) I took a chance on getting a ride to my hotel. Prompt answer around 1am and arrived just before promised. Edward called to give me a heads-up and efficiently delivered me to the hotel. Rick likewise had great communication to return me to the airport later. Neither of these trips were planned well in advanced but Red Raider Rides made my pick-up appointment with a smile and a cheerful attitude. When in the area and needing a ride they will be the first (likely last and only) call to get where I need to be. Thank you Edward and Rick for refreshing customer service. UPDATE 9MAR18 I've used them at least a half dozen times since the original review as have some of my co-workers. Some for rides to Monahans. Today's experience: I was picked up a minute before my appointed time. Always great service. Always available when I need a ride to or from the airport. I booked a driver online at midnight for 830am. I got a call confirming at 7am and was quoted my price. I needed a driver to get my boyfriend from Kermit TX to the airport in Midland. No can companies answered and there were no Lyft or Uber drivers. Because it took a little longer for my boyfriend to be processed out of jail the driver had to wait. She waited for him, didn't charge extra, let hI'm use her iPhone charger, and got him to the airport in time. I can't say enough good things about this company. You saved the day!!! read more

Red raider rides showed up at my sketchy hotel in Midland Texas right on the dot at 5 AM when I ordered the ride. The driver text messaged me and let me know he was on the way, which comforted me because I was cutting my airport time a little short... He helped with the bags and got me to the airport in no time. The service was polite and friendly and very professional. I highly recommend! My only comment is it cost $25 to go about 3 miles to the airport, which seemed a little high but all in all I would've rather made my airplane than risk it with uber! read more

We had 2 ride experiences with Red Raider Rides. The ease of ordering online was a good experience. Both were on time, pleasant drivers, that carried on as much or little conversation that you wanted. They had clean vehicles and drove them well, not too fast not too slow. The drivers were polite and friendly. We asked for a text/or call when the driver arrived at our hotel. He was 15 mins early and told us not to rush he just wanted to let us know he was there, which we greatly appreciated. We absolutely will use RRR again in the future. read more

Let me first say I was traveling alone very early in the morning and wanted a professional ride service versus an uber. So, I made an appointment and received a confirmation for my pick-up at 4:30 a.m. 4:30 a.m. came and went but no one showed. I started calling the number on the website and no one answered so I left messages. (No one EVER called me back.) Finally, I decided to just drive to the airport (now running late, plus now having to park my own vehicle). As we were pulling up to the airport I realized I had left my phone/wallet at the hotel lobby. I asked the driver if he time to drive me back and without a hesitation he said absolutely. I called several days in advance to arrange a ride from the airport for a "surprise" guest. There was some confusion on the evening of the pick up, but Gary made everything right. My only advice is to have a more centralized calling system and to follow through on confirmations.
