From the time it took from my breakdown to being back on the road was apx 3 total hours. Took about an hour for them to source the roadside repair company. They were there within about an hour of that time. And Matt had the tire switched out in and me back on the road in less than an hour. Couldn't have been more pleased and happy with Advanced Tire performance. * Not sure which location provided the roadside service that day as Advanced Tire has multiple locations. So on May 4, 2026 I took my vehicle over to Discount tires, no appointment, explained what the problem was and within an hour my tires were checked and it turns out the TPMS (set reset sensors on tires was the problem). The two young men that helped me, were polite, efficient, and gave me great service. On top of that our propane tank sustained damage and was leaking from a connection. After hours on the phone with Progressive insurance and AAA, we were nowhere closer to getting back on the road. The mechanic he sent couldnt fix our RV. After that, the only thing anyone could do was tow us and wait until Monday to figure out the tire replacement situation. The towing was $$$ and only partly covered. Luckily my partner found Ryan and 484 Tire Service through Google. By then it was already dark and Ryan came out late at night (10pm) to replace our tires. Not only did he replace them, he checked for damage around our RV, let us know what likely happened, and gave us advice for the future. He also topped all our tires up to the right pressure. He was so friendly and helpful, and his kindness went a long way for us. If it weren't for him we would have had to sleep on the side of the road because there would have been no way to tow our car and then somehow transport ourselves, our two dogs and our cat.
