Their customer service is also lacking, as they literally laughed on the phone with me and told me this is how a business is run, and parts aren't made like they used to be. The Rising Sun guys said they'd find it. Well, the first time it was in with them they ended up declaring that it was the alternator, so we paid for a new alternator. In a couple, three months, we were back with the same problem. This time, they declared it was the starter. We paid for a new starter. Same thing happened. They weren't interested AT ALL when I called them to report. We finally just installed a battery kill switch and we've been on the same battery for a few years now. I'm really disappointed with Rising Sun.
