So...my car battery decided to die way east past East Mountains area and I was honstly panicking…read morewhat to do. I had some obligations to be back in town and it would be really bad if I didn't make it back on time. I was thinking of ditching my car and taking a rideshaew back but Uber and Lyft did not service that area...so I was quite panicking not sire what to do. But...then I realized...I had AAA...so I called/left them a request for potential battery Jumpstart and possibly a tow service back to ABQ. I was quite nervous because I wasn't sure how long it would take being sort of far from the metro. The quote AAA gave me was one hour before the service person could shown up at my place. But then...10 min in after placing my request Manuel from Tavenner's Towing called to clarify the place I was. He reassured me he was around the town nearby and would arrive in around 5 min! You wouldn't believe how grateful I was. Once Manuel got here..he helped take a look at my car...and we found we could get my car's battery jump started. Then, I would be able to safely drive back to ABQ (never turning my engine off again since if I did..my car likely wouldn't start again) and not needing the towing service. I really appreciated Manuel's calmness and professionalism. I was so glad he helpeded me on the day I truly panicked! Thank you! I have so much appreciation for your services, your time devising for me some basic education and plan for my car's battery and what i could do as a next step, and would really recommend Tavenner's Towing service!

To say this towing company were our heroes today would be an understatement. Our car tire blew out…read moreon Interstate 40 while driving through Gallup, New Mexico, headed home to Arizona. We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Besides being expert at what he does, Mark is a really nice - a great guy! Our Volvo broke down on I 25 and the nearest Volvo mechanic was in Albuquerque - 150 miles away.
