However, with being a full-time student amongst other things, I don't have the means or time to do my own work like I use to. Which leads me into my review. I've had a bad experience with another "reputable" shop here in Starkville so I've been skeptical about shops in the area. However, A+ Auto is my now go-to shop for any and all repairs. I came in with a laundry list of things that needed to be checked and/or repaired on my truck. Not only were they friendly and made me feel like a valued customer the moment I stepped in the shop, they also were very prompt and responsive to any inquiries I made while they were performing the repairs. No vague answers about timeline to completion and what needed to be done. I dropped off my truck at 11:00 and they got back to me with all maintenance/repairs needed no later than 3:00 the same day. The gave me a very fair price on the total work done. Bonus points to them for getting the work done in an expeditious manner and having the truck ready for pick-up by 3:00Pm the next day. While he was attempting a jumpstart, I explained I lived about 65 miles away and would he be able to tow my vehicle if it didn't start. He said, don't worry I will get you to wherever you need to go.
