A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. He even walked over to the adjacent house to inquire if he could trim the tree encroaching on their property.
