We also had a 50foot cedar tree that lost the top 10 feet during hurricane Milton. It was a tricky removal because many of the limbs were over a neighbor's yard and over a wooden fence. It required a small lift to do the job, which was expertly driven into our back yard. Within a couple of hours the cedar tree was cut down, the derris was cleaned up, and the stump was cut down perfectly to ground level. The job was discussed at length with one of their managers. A crew showed up to trim our very large…read moreoaks. They left after a few hours leaving all of their tools scattered around the driveway. it seems that the man that was in the trees got unhappy and left the job. A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.
