I was absolutely shocked by the service I received from this company and will not be using them…read moreagain. The communication was poor, emails went unanswered and when I called the staff seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. I was promised champagne for the journey but was presented with a bottle of 7up and Pepsi! Machinery such as the DVD had been pulled out leaving wires exposed and there was, what looked like, glue up the windows where a unit had been replaced that was now smaller than the previous. It was very badly maintained and I was truly disappointed that I payed good money for this experience. It was a surprise for my husband's 30th Birthday and I was embarrassed and upset whilst riding in it.
