I had a technician come to my property to change the cylinder…read moreof a old door (which was stated when the appointment was made,) and to change the cylinder of a normal door knob. Technician came out, took a look at the door to see what type of cylinder was needed. Left the property to purchase the correct replacement. Took over an hour for him to return. After playing around with the old door for another hour, the technician determined he did not know why it is not working with the new cylinder so he put the original one back in. With whatever the technician did, he then broke the original lock. NOW COSTING ME $600 to replace. I have spoken to Steve, Dave, John and Erica is regards to a refund.. Talk about a run around. Nobody can help you so they transfer you. Service was taken place on 4/15/21, It is now 5/7/21 and I am still waiting for the refund. This business is TERRIBLE. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND 30+ PHONE CALLS.

(took 60 min.) and could be out in 30 min. (took 90 min.). I asked for an approx. cost, was told $25 for the service call, $25 starting for actual service. Ron showed up, quoted me $175 to change a door handle WHICH I PROVIDED! I decided then, I need to become a locksmith. My old broken door handle prevented us from leaving or entering the house so I had to get it fixed. Once Ron was done, the $175 jumped up to almost $200...something about tax and fees!!!! Mine was a emergent situation, but if yours isn't take the time to shop around OR grab a drill and YouTube "How to change a broken door handle."
