I've never felt anything like that before but I think Haeli helped me release a lot of tension, stress, and trauma that my body was holding onto. It was as if they were tears of relief... I knew after that first session I had to keep seeing her and I immediately booked a massage package with her and my only regret is I wish I met her sooner. Haeli has done wonders for my body. I play 2 sports as an adult and it's important for me to keep my body in shape, healthy, and mobile. And she's been so instrumental in helping me achieve and maintain that. She found a big knot on my neck and gave me tips on how to relieve it and since then my neck feels so much better. You can tell she's a smart cookie who's truly passionate about what she does and why she does it and that's how you get a quality massage therapist like her. At the end of our sessions, I ask her for an analysis of my body, where my tension points and knots are, and what I can do the relieve them and she knows exactly what to say. I don't know how I got so lucky to find a massage therapist like her but I am forever grateful. Since meeting Haeli, I've recommended her to my friends, my eyebrow threading lady, and my patient. I appreciate how she authentically holds the space with attunement and intentional energy, but then knows how to get down into the nitty gritty of deeply held tension. Her fingertips are like steel when needed! I once lay on her table experiencing old dusty goblins emerging from under my shoulder blades thanks to a few of Cristina's well-placed fingertips in my shoulder.
