The night before her appointment my daughter told me her nose was starting to run and she thought she had allergies. The day of her appointment, it progressed very quickly to a full blown cold and her nose was really runny. She was concerned about being in a headrest and also about getting the massage therapist sick. I called to see if we could reschedule and was told it was not possible but my daughter could still come in and wear a mask on the table! I explained how terribly uncomfortable that would be and was told there are no ability to reschedule. My daughter was very much looking forward to the massage and since I live out of the area it was an important gift to help her release some of her tension. I asked to speak to the owner and gave my details and was told the owner would call me back. I never heard back and called again on May 13th, 7 days later, and asked again to speak to the owner to try to find a fair resolution for the situation. I was told the owner would call me back but have not heard back from her today. The impression that I get is that they do not care about my business. And if they don't care about my business, they don't care about your business. You may want to rethink using their services if you think you may ever be sick or have an emergency and have to miss your appointment. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care of the owner of Jaiyen Spa. If I could give no stars, I would.

No residual smell from all the other people who came before me lol. My favorite part was the face and scalp massage, something about it just made me feel like a whole new person. She went above and beyond, working not only on my feet but also on my neck and back. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and don't get as much exercise as I should, and she immediately recognized where I was holding tension. She incorporated stretching and focused attention on those problem areas, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. If you pay cash, the one-hour foot massage is only $45--a fantastic value. At Su's I appreciated Carolina's style of acupuncture for its focus on reflexology and over the course of 1 month my symptoms improved greatly. Everyone in the office/clinic speaks Spanish fluently. I have worked with other acupuncturists in the past, and my experience at Su's went above and beyond the others in terms of results. The office/clinic is situated between a smoke shop, a chinese restaurant, a mexican market, and a McDonald's--so for those not familiar with Rohnert Park it could be difficult to find. My advice: Google it and give it a chance. I've not found a better acupuncturist in all of the USA.
