Can't thank you guys enough! After Covid, bond prices went up by about $100 (so it's around $250 total for a $1,000 bond). Honestly, it's worth every penny. You'll even find yourself thinking about leaving a $250 credit for next time, because you'll want to be bonded by them again! Didn't give me the "700 credit score" or "co signer" or "what assets do you have" spiel. (Yes some of them require this if you didn't know) I spoke with two different bondsmen here. The gentleman I dealt with at night was okay, but the one during the day is the reason I'm writing this review--he truly goes above and beyond. He showed empathy and care every step of the way. He checked the roster for me to confirm my boyfriend's court date, passed along a message when my boyfriend didn't have a phone, and even made sure he got home safely after navigating the light rail from SCORE to Lynnwood. He followed up with me about the court date when we were running late, even though ignoring me would have meant more money in his pocket (like other bondsmen have done in the past). I even called late at night, distressed, and he was ready to help me at 10pm if I had my paperwork in order. Only reason this isn't 1 star is because the agent I met on site was very knowledgable and understanding of my situation. This is my first time posting bond for anyone. Called to arrange bail -- the man who answered was in Vancouver and after asking me a few questions -- he apparently decided that he didn't like my answers (I am upset and nervous) and so he hung up on me and when I called back to see if we had been disconnected, the call was answered and then click! Called to maybe use this place and the guy that answered was unbelievably rude didn't let me finish what I was saying or trying to explain before rudely interrupting me I have never used a bail bonds before and don't know how things work. Terrible service. Made a phone call to potentially use this place and the person over the phone was so rude. They did not want to help in anyway. When I searched for a bondsman to bail out my friend, these guys were rapidly responsive and very helpful. They were right across the street from the jail and submitted the paperwork in person, quickly. I don't know much about this sort of thing, but my experience was that they did the job well (and most importantly, quickly). I never had to bail anyone out of jail before. I was scared to see the person I love behind bars on trumped up charges. I did not know who to call.
