I would not recommend using this process server. My experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional during an already difficult time involving a harassment case. There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted. read more

Extremely fast, reliable, responsive process server. I called Michelle to inquire about her services and she was able to answer my questions. I entered all the data needed into her website and paid for her service. Michelle took care of that service with provided evidence and proof within just a few days. I called again once the process service was completed to ask a few questions about what happened and she promptly answered any concerns I had. I paid for my papers to be served this week, $50 more because it was in whatcom county. I provided her with the hours the office was open. I had heard nothing so I called and left a message, got no response after 24 hours. I emailed and have not been contacted. So I am out $135 and will have to pay someone to serve the papers and probably have to take her to court. I was not informed that the documents would take up to 7 days to serve, I was told next week. If you are open 24/7 why does it take 2 days to inform me? Quite ironic you responded after my review. I should have read your reviews before contacting you. read more

Fast, professional, and easy to work with for remote online notarization. I had an urgent commercial contract that needed to be signed with overseas clients and a tight deadline due to clients travel plans and upcoming expiration of a contract. I was facilitating the set up since clients were overseas and due to time difference they were not able to do it themselves. I had another notary lined up, but they were unavailable last minute. I contacted Michelle in the morning and by the afternoon the document was electronically signed and notarized. Price was also very reasonable compared to other online notary services I googled and didn't go with because the other websites don't tell you the name of the notary, so I wasn't able to look their license up to confirm they're licensed to do remote online notarization (required endorsement to do online notarizations). I'd be happy to use Michelle again for notarizations. read more

I debated between Michelle's service and one other that I had reached out to. Michelle had a quicker response to my slew of questions, and assured me she could handle the job. At the court, there was a required document the clerk said I needed, but a particular passage did not sit well with me. I submitted my paperwork with confidence and gave her the paperwork needing to be served. I received an email with proof of filing and all of the information needed for my records within 2 days. I tried 4 times to contact Michelle's Mobile Notary and Process Server . Two times I left a voice message and two times I tried my email via Yelp. I did get a reply on my fifth attempt, which was via Yelp, however by the time I got the reply I had already hired a different service via Yelp. in my opinion the 4.5 star rating is not deserved. read more

Like many reviews I am able to say that Michelle's immediate responsiveness by phone & email, her high-quality copy output, her ahead of promised schedule timeliness and her pleasant phone personality would all drive me to use her service again and again, but I really want to shine a light on her heart and character. I needed 1000 fliers printed for Madrona Grace Church's celebration of Black History month, and we didn't have a budget. I sent an ask to over a dozen print businesses and two showed interest in helping. Only Michele stated without hesitation or negotiation her desire to print all 1000 as a 100% donation. WOW!
