I appreciate her kindness immensely and wanted to make sure it was acknowledged. My dads words: "Everything went well... The person was very nice and experienced... Explained everything and helped me fill out papers... The lady helping me was the Notary and knew all about what I had to do... She even knew how the mailing label was supposed to work... She was rude to me also this lady shouldn't have a business if she can't do things the proper way. I owe them money also and have gotten no letters or anything from them but she wasn't happy and let me know she wasn't when you get nothing from them how can you pay anything.
