In fact, Kim wouldn't return my calls at all anymore unless I called from a different phone number, at which she would ask to call back and never would. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone I know, be aware that they have little to no customer service and will do anything to ensure your experience is as painful as possible. STAY AWAY
