I gave this business 1 star because someone answered the phone. After that it went downhill quickly.On 9/17/20 @ 3:21 pm I made a phone call to this Cleveland business. I called from New York City and as soon as the woman agent who answered the call heard that she became rude, condescending, and eventually hung up on me. She became impatient when I asked questions, accused me wanting her "to help" me (why else would I have called) and told me I just "wanted to talk". It was far from a "social" call, I had legitimate questions and if the woman hadn't been able to help me I would have accepted it. But the poor customer service and the acute reflection of not wanting to invest any time on a potential client says everything about this agency. Accepting such low performance standards of first line personnel deserves to be made known to consumers who will be spending money on auto insurance. I will make sure everyone I know in Cleveland, Ohio that this company should not be patronized. read more
