I drop it off and arrange transportation. They then call me later and say they won't replace the windshield because they can't calibrate the cameras. They knew it had cameras and charged for a calibration. I said to replace the windshield and I can just turn the cameras off if they aren't calibrated and I can have the calibration done by the dealership, but they won't because they think it's unsafe. Most cars on the road today and through history didn't have safety cameras! Yet they think in this case it's be too dangerous, even though they're currently working on other cars without cameras. Very bad business. The employer I was talking to could also barely speak English. I'd go somewhere else.
