Quite unprofessional. I will begin by stating initially Jeremiah's AutoGlass was quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote; so, it seemed promising. They were aupposed to arrive around 9am. So, when 9:15am rolled around and I hadn't heard from them, I called. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. I assumed something went wrong and they were unable to contact me. I was wrong. They sent me a text message ariund 11:30 to let me know their previous install ran long and that's why they were delayed; but they didn't contact me to let me know for 2 1/2 hours. Rather than apologize or try to remedy the situation, they simply asked if I still needed the service, to I replied "No thank you". I needed a windshield replacement and everywhere I went was over $1000. I contacted Jeremiah through Yelp and he was responsive and quoted me the best price. We noticed issues with how his car door pieces were put back together. His window would also not roll up. Jeremiah said he'd come fix it. He sent us an Amazon link for the regulator to purchase. We have been getting the run around since. We went to install the regulator ourselves and turns out it is the wrong part. I was referred to Jeremiah (the owner) by some coworkers who had some good things to say about him. But that all went downhill extremely quickly. While when I initially reached out he was quick to respond and we scheduled my first appointment and I provided all information needed for him to order everything he needed for the job. But when it came to the day of the appointment he rescheduled on me last minute, which hey I get it things come up. So then we rescheduled a second time. He told me he would arrive around 12:30pm-1pm and he ended up arriving about 30 minutes late, again no big deal. About an hour or so goes by and he finally comes to tell me "I got bad and good news for you". So naturally I'm like "Ok what happened". He then proceeded to tell me "The glass I brought is the incorrect one and the damaged one you originally had on the vehicle I already took off". I asked him ok what am I supposed to do then because I can't just leave the back of my vehicle all opened up like that. And his reply was "I just ordered the right back glass and it will be here on Thursday 4/20 (he came on 4/18) and as soon as it arrives I will head right over". I'm like ok that's fine it will just be a few days and I'll find something to protect the back of the vehicle that was opened and exposed. Now before he left I noticed that a couple of pieces that had to be removed from the back of my vehicle in order to remove and then replace the glass were broken. I brought it up to him and he tried to say they were already like that, which was a lie because I had pictures of the back glass and the trim surrounding it stating their original condition. Which the condition of all the trim was perfect (no cracks or breaks). He then half a** finally admitted to him breaking them and said he would order new pieces for what he broke and replace them for me with the new glass. Thursday (today 4/20) comes around and I had to reach out to him because I needed to reconfirm what time he was going to come so I could plan my day around it. He finally responded and said he was going to order the trim pieces and after head over with them and the glass to finish the job (that was at 8:15am). It's now 6:49pm and he ended up completely ghosting me and not fixing my back glass at all. Yes I did try to reach out throughout the day to get updates, but the least he could've done was reply and let me know what was going on instead of this. This entire experience was a nightmare from hell and extremely stressful and unprofessional. Never again will I go through him for any service. I had to reach out to another company who got me in the same day and was an absolute dream of working with. Not only did they completely fix everything that he did wrong. But they also let me know that he has no idea what he was doing because of the crazy condition he left my car in with everything that he broke and tried to not tell me about. Which in the end I paid almost triple to fix the damages he caused. He could've at least let me know he didn't have the proper knowledge to perform the job before taking stuff apart and damaging equipment on my vehicle. Reader beware and stay away from this business so you don't have to go through what I did. read more

He made an appointment for me within the next couple of days and replaced the glass. He reached out before the appointment letting me know he would be a few mins late which I didn't mind because appointments can vary and the job can be shorter or longer than expected. Its difficult to find an honest, efficient auto glass repair man that is mobile. His pricing was very fair. He communicates well through phone call and text (I prefer text). He replaced my window motor on two of my doors and jumped my car battery because it had died. While he was at it he cleaned the battery ports.
