The inspection was $17 for one extinguisher, but they charged us $128 for a service call fee. I called them back the next day to ask what the service call covered and why the work was performed without any communication/appointment. I was told, "just don't pay it then", before Sheila hung up on me. I understand businesses charge for their services, but customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about a bill without being treated dismissively and without the representative getting defensive. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was far more frustrating than the invoice itself.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gabriel and David who were very respectful and informative. They were able to inspect all of my fire extinguishers and even swapped out the ones that were bad with good ones. The inspection was quick but thorough and I couldn't be more satisfied. For the price and professionalism I couldn't imagine using another company.
