However, we were still having issues that indicated otherwise. While I fought with my home warranty, our AC completely gave out and would not turn back on. I called Artic Air at 8 am on Monday 7/17/2023, and a tech was at our house at 3pm that same day and our AC was working and running beautifully (despite being 20 years old) by 5pm. This tech was very nice, worked efficiently, and fixed our AC when our house thermostat said 87 degrees inside. The tech diagnosed the issue as shortages in the wiring. He fixed those, installed my new thermostat, and went ahead and cleaned the unit for a reasonable price. I really wish I could remember his name but I 100% recommend this company!

AC was working but every day as soon as it heated up outside the house temperature would rise to about 79 even though it was set on 73. Impossible to cook in the evening. An acquaintance told me about Hart. They came out that day and discovered a glaring issue the previous guy had missed. The installers were nice guys and they did a good job. Aside from some minor things the installation went smoothly. That door tho... so they paid two guys to come out to rebuild and repaint the doorway. I have neither the time nor the energy to go over what a disaster they were but they're the reason for the 4 stars. I almost went with three. It took six weeks to get this almost resolved. Now I'm just trying to pay them. Yes, trying. My balance was to be adjusted bc we had to do some repairs ourselves. I can't get a balance despite calls. If I don't hear by Monday I'm paying what I think is fair. If they want more they can sue me.

After a week, they came in to make the repairs and cut another hole crooked and took all the pieces they cut in the hallway and in the unit with them, which makes repairing the hole more difficult and takes longer. They dropped the hatch in the ceiling and cut into the wall without asking if anyone had allergies..or are asthmatic, which I am. I was trying to have conversations with law enforcement and others and they had NO consideration! Arrived without any notice to set a time. Furthermore, there was a BRAND NEW TOILET SEAT COVER put on two days prior. The worked needing done was above the toilet and in the shower so --- the bright idea of the day ---- the worker decided to stand on top of it in his work boots.... And DID NOT TAKE 2 MINUTES TO COVER THE SEAT... so it got ALL SCRATCHED UP! Lastly, they did NOT CLEAN UP ANYTHING AND LEFT A MESS - water on the toilet seat - not wiped off.... Debris everywhere and big holes in the wall in the bathroom and in the hallway outside my unit 338. No consideration for the human being in the unit and their time and how they were going to clean up a huge mess and replace a brand new item! I would recommend checking elsewhere! The marks and wetness are difficult to see but I marked all the black chips and marks that won't come off just because something couldn't be lied over it .

This is a follow-up to my previous review. I called another…read moreplumber regarding my water tank. As it turns out, the work performed previously was shoddy. According to the plumber that repaired my tank, Leak-Tek had used the wrong wire nuts and the wires were loose and arcing. Not only did this keep my tank from working, this could have led to a fire that could have destroyed my home. In addition, the same parts that were replaced by Leak-Tek had to be replaced again. Upon inspection by the plumber, the parts Leak-Tek installed were not OE parts even though it was a warranty repair. I have not had any problems since the legitimate plumbing professional serviced my tank. Be careful with who you choose to do repairs in your home.
