I bought the chicken condo structure with the wheel kit. It was a piece of junk. The wheel kit came in pieces , when the driver unloaded the coop, he tossed the wheel kit on the ground and "Installing is not part of my job". He proceeded to tell me the company would send some one out to install it. I followed up the next day, then the next and next. Finally 5 days later I got a return call. It took over 3 weeks for them to come out to install that very $$$ wheel kit. When someone finally showed up, they could not install it. He didn't know how! They sent a second tech (over 2 weeks later) who realized the measurements were incorrect. So they took the parts back to the shop to correct. Another 3 weeks pass and they return with the new wheel kit. So, finally the wheel kit was on and we began moving the coop. First move (using a tractor), I noticed the jack in the front getting wiggly, when I looked close, the jack was installed over a knot in the wood and was breaking. On the second move, the entire jack broke off and the coop came crashing down. Of course I called the company, after a month someone finally returned my call and only because I still owed a balance. I refused to pay without a credit. The company was not willing to give me a credit, so I asked them to come and pick the coop up. I would rather lose the 300 dollar restocking fee than deal with a totally incompetent company! Do yourself a favor and save yourself from loads of aggravation do not purchase from these people. There are many chicken coop manufactures out there with superior customer service and better quality product.

This is the second time we've hired them for home renovations, and they've been able to handle everything we asked from drywall to electrical and plumbing.
