Again she was rude and basically implied I was making the entire thing up. Called Pool Duck they were very nice , pool was fixed the next day at a very fair price. Bought a little equipment from Amazon to check water myself and buy all my chemicals from Amazon too, they are way cheaper anyway. They were also available quickly, which was great with the upcoming holiday, I needed this project done ASAP. They were punctual and very polite. The work did take a bit longer than expected, though they worked non-stop until it was done. In the end they even honored the quote, but I added a bit on top just because they responded reasons to my requests.
