A young male who clearly is not a trained mechanic was running the shop and immediately greeted me with, "You'll get your car when you pay." He had no clue about my car issue, told me there was nothing wrong, and yet they still charged me $130. When I asked what they actually checked, he said the mechanic wasn't available and refused to explain anything. He then started writing a "report" himself, clearly with no experience, while being completely rude. When the owner came over, instead of clarifying or apologizing, he yelled at me, even though I was simply trying to understand what was checked for the $130 charge. I highly doubt any real work was done on my car. Avoid this place at all costs--unprofessional, dishonest, and rude.

Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. Took 4 phone calls and me showing up at the shop to finally get them to work on it... Always had an excuse of why they didn't have time or parts or whatever. Finally got the call 27 days later... my truck was fixed... Showed up and couldnt even shift into lower gears, they had put a part on backwards... And now I had check engine lights... So had Kenny took it back into the shop and see what was what... They put the part on th correct way and cleared the code... Code returned with in 3 miles of me leaving the shop. Put it on my scanner at home and saw the code was for a bad 02 sensor... Took truck back in to have it looked at. He said he would replace the O2 sensor and reattached brackets they took off and did not reinstall during the transmission work. I waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours while they worked on my truck... Got in the truck and truck had the same code, bad 02 sensor... Kenny claimed he fixed it in the time I was waiting... He did not, pictures attached is the "new" 02 sensor.... Turns out they cut the wire on my old one installing the transmission... So I replaced it myself... Took 10 mins and code was gone. Called Kenny to talk to him about it and he lied to me on the phone saying they did it and excuse after excuse... Well you didn't fix it, you actually causes more issues and wasted my time and my money. Stay away from this place it is a trap and they do not care about customers, just care about making that money.
