Jiffy Lube has since offered to refund my money for the fuel filter but nothing for the repair cost of fixing their mistake. Jiffy Lube doesn't stand by their work.

I now have to return to speak with management and potentially involve my insurance. Something that should never result from basic maintenance. The customer service was great but theses men are clearly not experienced enough for my car brand.
