This place should be avoided! we brought our truck in for a set of new tires and a tire balance…read more within a month my wife used our truck to haul horses on a camping trip. The result was a complete failure of one of the tires from over tightening of the lug nuts which caused the lug bolts to sheer off while she was driving which almost caused her to wreck with a trailer in tow. she was stuck on the side of the freeway in Chicago for five hours waiting for a tow truck. After spending nearly $3,000 dollars on repairs and tow bill I called the owner of complete auto in Moose Lake MN to see if he would be willing to reimburse us, which he said he would. Since then he has never returned a single phone call or accepted one from me. Complete Auto still has not reimbursed us for the error that was made that could have injured my wife and child. Hopefully this will help a person avoid a similar situation we are dealing with.

I did a title search and found out it is still in his name and that it was sold for scrap 2 years after he sold it to me. I know he hasn't sold it for scrap because the piece of junk (which quit working a half-year after I bought it) is still sitting on the side of my yard rusting away. I'm trying to get it out of my yard to a scrap dealer's lot (not his!) but can't because this bum still owns it.
