I asked what time he would come he said around 1PM so one hour turned to be 3 hours. Then he said he will give me an estimate without seeing my project and why I am not so happy it is free estimates.

Of course he has satisfied customers. If he hadn't had and I hadn't relied upon recommendations I wouldn't have hired him in the first place. So, positive experiences do nothing to undercut the validity of my complaint.
