I was impressed with their large selection of outdoor furniture. They carry several brands of weather-tolerant and salt air friendly furniture in addition to Polywood. With their expansive showroom I was able to see the most popular pieces in person, get a color sample and even a brochure. The staff was helpful with my questions and very welcoming. Before I even made it to the outdoor section I was wowed with the large indoor furniture selection. The store had many lovely vignettes complete with fun linens and lovely artwork. Most of the furniture has a beachy or nautical theme. The store was definitely comfortable and inspiring. Daniels' Homeport is also know for their rental cottage furnishing services. They can put complete packages together for rental homes and they even sell stuff to fully stock a kitchen.

When no one showed up I called Home Advisor and was given Zach's company phone number and a contact person (Melissa) of whom Zach has never heard. Seems like Zach and I both had bad days today due to the incompetence of Home Advisor. They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.
