They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.

With it being close to a year since our house build be started having issues with the flooring coming up. Our contractor called Sparkle to have them come out and take a look at the flooring, but she never returned calls. Unfortunately, we've had to have 2 other contractors come out and "patch" the flooring in the problem areas and now my floor that I once loved looks like crap. I guess this goes to show you get what you pay for.

It is out of warranty, but my issue is really with the appliance repair company they sent me up to work with. A and E Appliance is affiliated with Sears and has been awful. I am on my 4th appointment and the multiple technicians who have been sent keep ordering the "wrong" parts. Clearly,their skills are not competent. Each time I call A and E Appliance/ Sears, they can not find my records. I would not recommend these companies for appliance repair to anyone- Cozy Kitchens needs to vet their recommendations better.
