They built an additional slab out back and built a shed with iron dog kennels around it that I use for my dogs when I travel. I have a dog trainer come by to care for them. Way cheaper now than putting them in kennels. We had a new landscape wall installed all the way around our house with a matching front mail box. We get many compliments from our neighbors on that. Our driveway needed to be replaced and they did (once again) an amazing job there. Our front porch needed to be restained and they handled that nicely, it's even clear coated to last longer. Our front concrete steps needed to be replaced and they of course did that for us too. We had next to our concrete driveway, rocks installed as I have an easement there with the neighbor but now I have a wider area to park on. If I have exterior work that needs to get done, I use these guys. I love Kevyn and Jenni and I love the pricing, the quality of work and ease of communication. I saw the negative reviews on them and noticed they never even bought any work. But the positive reviews are from actual clients. I love that I don't get upsold or pushed into sales scenarios. They do what is asked at a great price and at quality. No other reason to not work with them. Love these guys.

Meanwhile, Yelp's algorithm has moved perfectly legitimate reviews from actual paying customers into "Not Recommended." So apparently the algorithm can decide that a real customer's experience isn't trustworthy enough to recommend -- but it can recommend that the business owner review his own company. Maybe it's time to update that algorithm, GULP ! The funny part is that Yelp itself acknowledges its recommendation software can sometimes suppress legitimate reviews. So your criticism actually points to a real limitation Yelp recognizes, rather than simply complaining that you don't like which reviews were filtered.

His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint.
