We selected 4 Seasons to do the repair work and could not be happier with our decision! The crew they assigned to the work, Seth and Chavis, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very hard working. They were also highly personable and just a delight to have around, even taking the time to tell us about the plants in our garden and how best to care for them. They very quickly took care of all of the sprinkler system problems, helped us set it up for optimal performance and left all work areas tidy and spotless. We were surprised that upon completion they didn't ask for payment and told us the company would check back to ensure we were happy and all work was satisfactory before invoicing. Gary, the owner, even came back personally a few days later to install a few lines we had missed. We can't say enough positive things about 4 Seasons, Gary, Seth and Chavis. The work was top notch, the crew absolutely outstanding and so pleasant to work with, and the cost was very reasonable. I discovered Eric through Google, saw his Eugene address, and found his Facebook page where he was sharing updates about the success of his new handyman service. His authenticity and local roots immediately stood out. We first called Eric because our front door had been sticking and sagging for months -- maybe a year. He explained that there was a 1 1/2-hour minimum charge and suggested we make a list of other small projects to fill that time. That "little list" grew quickly -- and by the end, Eric and his team had transformed our home far beyond what we imagined. Here's just part of what they accomplished: Permanently secured our garage garden tool organizer and built custom garage shelving that perfectly fulfilled and exceeded my original request. Fixed our heavy front door, which now opens and closes effortlessly. Replaced nine exterior LED lanterns, choosing new fixtures with integrated bulbs for long-term reliability. Replaced our sliding door screen and updated all shower and faucet fixtures in our master bathroom. Rehung our large glass shower door and custom-painted the hinges to match the new bathroom fixture color using a special metallic paint that will hold up beautifully to water exposure. The results are fantastic! Throughout it all, Eric's communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and his teammates, Brandon and Terry, were equally skilled, respectful, and efficient.
