It went to over $1600! I was told the extra charges were because I had asked a question when dropping off my info, which was: would it make sense to put money into an IRA account. I assumed that was a simple yes or no that would become clear once the return was finished. I was told they ran 4 different scenarios regarding IRA deposits. They said that after each scenario, I was called and that I rejected their proposal, which triggered another proposal. I was not called ONCE, let alone 4 times. No messages on either my home or cell phone. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company if you are looking for integrity, professionalism or honesty. I found none of that!
