They then refused to give her a proper explanation, pics and/or info to support reasons and were zero help. It's coward thieves like this and State Farm who make insurance a joke! All while raising rates, making excuses and taking $ ....with zero service! Avoid both this agent and State Farm like the plague they are! If you have been with him for last 20+ years go switch because when you need him there the most, after stealing your $ for years, he won't be there for you.
