Had a 1950s farm house that needed extensive reconstruction and remodeling. Original time estimate for the project was 3 months. Took nearly a year. Does good work on some things but other things, we as amateurs (drywall) did better work and that should say something. Does not follow up well on agreed upon work always. Did do somethings extra that weren't necessarily part of the job hired to do but at the prices paid, he was well compensated for all the work. read more
