I had an excellent experience. I had one of those major water emergencies we all dread. Water all over both toilets and nothing draining. I had called another plumbing company and was going to have to wait a day and a half for service but I lucked out with Wooten . Not only could they come that day but Dayton arrived by 10:30 a.m. that morning. He was thorough, courteous, communicative and most of all very attentive in his work. I would say he even went above and beyond . And when everything was done, he even checked my water heater to check the water pressure . He discovered a dangerously high water pressure right before a huge Arctic blast weather system moved in . That could have been really problematic for me had he not asked to check that for me. The actual removal of our existing hot water system and installation of an inline system went very well. Casey did most of the work by himself and everything works as expected. He and has helper cleaned up everything as well as possible. Only issue I had was in removing an 80 solar hot water heater he had to remove the closet door, molding and part of the frame. He was definitely not trained in woodwork and used wood screws instead of nails and left the door a mess. read more

DO NOT USE Wooten Plumbing Co.! Their website states that they are honest and THAT'S NOT AN HONEST STATEMENT! What they did was a BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. They told my Aunt that if they took the job (fixing the leak) that they would waive the $90 service fee off the bill (which turned out to be a $95 service fee after the job was completed--her total bill was $450) and when they gave her the bill the fee was included in the bill and when she called the company to complain and inquire about the fee and the lady told her that she had to pay it and that it wouldn't be deducted from the bill. She figured out that the guy only told her that to secure the job and then required her to pay the total bill after he was done. read more

I should have followed my instincts when I placed the call and they acted like they were doing me a favor by going to Kellyville.To make a long story short they replaced a toilet and it cost a little over $1,000. So I would call elsewhere and get a quote beforehand. My mom is a senior citizen and on a fixed income so this was really difficult for her to pay. read more

The following day he told me to pay a certain amount due then I told them to send me a bill for the rest. 29 days later Mr. Wooten came to my house and cussed out my husband for not paying a bill we NEVER received and said he was going to call the cops, what an idiot. My kitchen sink needed to be unclogged. I came across Wooten Plumbing and the amazing reviews. I called them and they were the only company that gave me the price that it would cost over the phone. They were also very friendly and said that they could come out THAT AFTERNOON!! When they came out they fixed our problem, put back our things underneath the sink and were done within 30 minutes! I was given choices a thru e for my repairs. I needed 2 outside faucets and 2 inside faucets repaired for leaking. I clearly misunderstood the choices that were hastily explained and ended up with one faucet being replaced outside and inside. I just wanted the usual bearings replaced or cartridge to stop the leaks. The cost was just shy of $1,500. I don't like making plumbers salesman trying to upsell to a customer. I don't like having 6 choices to choose from and if I do I'm going to need to read the offering. The plumber is nice he's been here before but it's the first time I remember this company doing the good, better, best repair choices. read more

Over $7,000.00 for a tankless hot water heater and installation to discover every time the weather is freezing the hot water will freeze! Wooten Plumbing hooked the drain to and old drain saying that drain was code in 2006. It is not code now in 2022 due to freezing every time the weather does. They will not repair their installation error without us paying more money. It may have been in code in 2006 but if we sold the house we would have to bring it up to current code! My shower was clogged and not draining. I called Wooten bc they had worked on it before. Upon arriving, the tech called me to quote a new toilet--$625. See attached. My problem was the shower. Not the toilet. I asked about the shower & found out he hadn't even looked at it yet. This was a red flag for me because he was already trying to up-sell me before looking at the real issues. An hour later, I received a quote that didn't even address unclogging the shower. It only offered one option totaling $13,600, due to the "6+ breaks in the pipes" Ironically, I had an option for the "toilet repair", but not the "broken pipes"? I also later hear that Wooten left the house with water still sitting in the shower. I called Hendrick Plumbing at 918-512-1300 for a second opinion. They arrived the next day, told me the problem, & sent me a quote for $463.90-see attached. I requested them to do a camera snake, to look for more problems--encouraging them to find something. I even forwarded the photos of the "breaks" to the Hendrick technician to verify what I was looking at. You can see the note where Hendrick was unable to find any problems with the sewer line piping. I'm glad I got another company to check after Wooten Plumbing. It's tough times all around, but I can't get over how seriously I was going to be taken advantage of. read more

We had a problem arise with the water heater and contacted Wooten. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment based on our schedule. The technicians arrived promptly at the scheduled time and diagnosed the issues. Based on the problem and our choices we decided on a new water heater which they said they could get and install the same day. Since the water would need to be shutoff to also replace an aged valve it was needed to delay installation until all other homeowners in the condo complex could be notified. On scheduled installation day the technicians arrived as scheduled and removed and replaced the old heater and parts within a couple hours. They cleaned thoroughly and were very professional. On 6/14/21 my wife called Wooten to have a toilet replaced and we were scheduled for AM on 6/18/21. My wife took the day off work so that this could be done. Wooten never showed. My wife tells me she called Wooten and was told they had called and left a message that they could not come to do the job. Wooten never called my wife as there is no record of a missed call. We've had an issue with a pretty basic kitchen clog (grease most likely) resulting in a sink full of nasty water and a dishwasher that won't drain. He wore safety items and even put on shoe covers before entering my home. I did not feel rushed when I asked several questions about the repairs. Called them out for a repair. They were on time and wore masks. Friendly. But, they were outrageous in the cost. Asking $530 to replace two simple kits on two toilets. Probably a 30 min job. We told them to forget it. They also refused to tell us the upfront cost, but the plumber told us that's what they always charge... They still demanded the $95 service fee. Toilet began to gurgle Sunday night two weeks ago. Called plumber, Reliant was the name of the company, Seth was the plumber. They pulled my toilet to run a snake, (did not know this house had a clean out). They charged me 265.00 and got the drain flowing. It backed up one week later. I called them back again and again. Did not return my call, ever. I drove to Home Depot and rented a snake and snaked the drain out myself 100.00 One week later it backed up again. Thinking it must be tree roots. I called Wooten plumbing, I really needed a professional plumber. Christian from Wooten came in and I filled him in on what was going on. He asked me what my perfect outcome would be today. I said I want to be able to flush the toilet and please put in a clean out for me. Christian got to work and ran a camera down from a vent on the roof. I did not get to see the camera screen. He told me the camera stopped at a spot in the kitchen. He told me it would be 5,750.00 to fix the blockage. Well, that's a lot of money. I told him to go ahead. They brought in a giant jack hammer and shook the kitchen to pieces loosening most of my tile. Got down to the pipe and cut out a 1 foot section. There was some solid sediment in the bottom of the pipe. Christian told me the Drano and Root killer I put down the drain solidified causing the blockage. I was offended. I knew they had not found the clog. Tempers rose, I was offended and upset because I did not want to be ripped off, (keeping in mind I still needed to be able to flush the toilet). I kept reiterating over and over that I did not want them to leave until they found the blockage. They brought in a snake and snaked out the drain and did find the blockage. They ran the camera down the drain and snaked it out for over TWO hours. I knew they had found the clog. They ran the camera down the drain several times. One of the young men told me that they never did get all the way through the blockage. They left at 10:00 PM The toilet did flush. The drain was working but the blockage was not fixed. A few days later two young men showed up and dug down at the corner of the house and showed me where my clean out was. Don't ya think they probably had a good idea where the clean out was all the time? I bet I could find every clean out on every house in this neighborhood in a day. Well, they raised the clean out up a foot so I could easily access it. Wooten's total bill was 6,550.00. My kitchen will take a lot of work to get back in shape. I have spent so much money on this project I am at wits end. Yes, the drain is working but, it's not fixed. Bottom line, I have spent nearly 8,000.00 on a clean out that I already had. I am certain Mr. Wooten deals with upset customers like me every day and sleeps well at night. I really don't mind paying for a repair, even one that is miss-diagnosed a few times. What i do mind is paying this much money and the problem still persists, this is why the one star. read more

Their online form sent my request for a free estimate to an inactive email account. When I finally called them, the attitude was that it was my fault their email address was incorrect, and the free estimate had become a $57 service call that would be applied to any billable service. This company lacks the knowledge to adequately assess an issue and the humility to accept when they do not actually fix a problem a customer has paid (a lot) for. Go with another company in town with more experienced plumbers. First, the company told me they could make a service call the same day but reneged and came out the next day. The technician that arrived was friendly and lacked the knowledge to fix the issue at my home (backed up sewage line). While attempting to find the problem (which took several hours), he incorrectly ran a camera in the opposite direction of the clog and flow of the sewage line. He also managed to break a water line on the property, which took additional time to repair. When he finally ran the auger in the appropriate direction, he partially unblocked the line. However, the actual issue (a root ball) was on a different section of the line that he never checked. Instead, he made the false assumption that the line was frozen, despite me telling him that my house had experienced much longer durations of cold without issues. I ultimately had to call another plumbing company to resolve the issue the same day. This company efficiently (within 30 minutes) diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem (root ball was located within a tangential line) at a cheaper cost. Wooten refused to acknowledge their error in the assessment as well as any refund due to their negligence. read more
