He actively avoids accountability and represents neither the Winterset 1A nor the HOA board well. Under his management, the HOA board's effectiveness has declined. My experience matches a wider pattern-- which is supported by other BBB, yelp and google reviews and Complaints. This company operates with deliberate non-responsiveness. I, and other homeowners have made ongoing, current requests for documents, responses and meetings--all ignored. Jeremy falsely called my records request 'historical.' Another agency reviewed the Pinnacle portal- vague, useless, and offers no meaningful information beyond payments and architectural request. This is a pattern of systemic disregard. Jeremy does not communicate and does not respect homeowners. Pinnacle Properties should be avoided entirely if you are seeking a property management company with integrity, honesty, transparency and professionalism.
