Although I was satisfied with the service and price, I have to admit that their cleaning process left me a bit skeptical. They advertise their method as being deep cleaning but with low moisture. What this means is they use a buffer-like machine on the carpet after they spray a cleaning solution. I cannot say that it didn't work, but I just have this feeling that it didn't clean like it should have. The pet odor is gone, I think, but I just can't shake this feeling. Weird, I know--but when the big water filled machine is all you know it can take a while to get used to new-fangled technology. At any rate, I received same day service on a Saturday. I only needed the living room done so I got a pretty decent rate. I also threw in a couch cleaning. The guy showed up on time and was personable and did a good job.

It was easy to schedule on the website, and Jairo came out promptly to look at the job site and give me a quote at a fair price. He sent reminder texts before the job, which was nice. Jairo and team arrived on time, completed the the job, and cleaned up the site afterwards. They also checked in with me several time during the job to make sure that they were doing everything exactly the way I wanted it. They took care of all the small details like sanding all the cut edges on the steps and rails and painting the shelving to match the existing paint in the closet, two things I never even thought to ask them to do. I will definitely use them again!
