We are in the process of selling our home and they were called out to do a well inspection on our well. We were really apprehensive after we heard in entailed a 4 hour draw down. We have dealt with other well companies and their "inspections" and they never performed this lengthy of a stress test (although I am sure we paid for it!) Mackenzie from A&H was on time and so incredibly knowledgeable. She explained so we understood every aspect of the process. She was professional and never faltered, even though she could see our frustration. Andy was also in touch with my husband and took the extra time to explain things. I'm new to well installation and ran into problems. Was desperate for help. Andy and Chris came out the following morning. The are knowledgeable and obviously have great experience as they knew exactly what to do, every step of the way. The left me with far more knowledge about this than I'd learned through research and info from the products supplier. As a bonus, two of the nicest guys I've dealt with. Anyway he was super helpful to me and pointed me in the directions of NW Water Wells and H20, both of whom are very responsive. Andrew specializes in the testing of well usage and quality once the well is drilled so PLEASE do him a favor and don't call like I did. ALSO please remove him from the Well Drilling category as he is a well analysis and quality expert and DOES NOT DRILL WELLS.
