It is now detailed garage, very hesitant, but I went in and they still were selling chemical guy products. I was provided with excellent customer service very knowledgeable of the product products which is always helpful, but I've been using chemical guys for almost 3 years now and I have finally got it to the point that I buy exactly what I need every time I wish they had clay bar sponges not just a regular clay.bars. I stepped my game up with the Clay b sponges and it's a lot more convenient, and easier to use yes specially if you drop it, you can just rinse it off, and keep playing the car . I am a hard-core chemical guy customer I buy the honeydew shampoo for my white Audi and Kia Sorrento hybrid color cityscape green. Excellent supplies excellent customer service. I just wish there was one closer in the Whittier California area. They close the one in La Habra. Not sure why it always seemed busy, but most of the locations now are independently own and now called detail garage that happened to sell chemical guy products and other brands of auto detailing supplies. First time ever tinting my windows on a car, Especially my Tesla M3P. I originally wanted to go for…read more35% windshield and 5% all around, Leo kept warning me on how it would look nice, but could be really dark and cops would harass me. I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

He replaced the radiator and water pump, repositioned the external transmission cooler, and replaced the tail housing gasket on the transmission. My truck has never run cooler transmission temps than it does now. Francis is very knowledgeable and actually understands how these older trucks heat up when you're towing or sitting in traffic. He explained what he was doing and why instead of just slapping parts on. If you need cooling or transmission work done right, take it to Francis.

I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.
