He recommended steel posts instead of treated wood reinforced with concrete for the posts to eliminate the need of replacing it again in another 7-10 years. He reassembled our deck after it was ripped apart in a wind storm, secured our privacy wall, rebuilt our railing, added a gate, built a chain link fence to fully fence the back yard, and added a step on one side of our deck.
